Eudonet, a leading CRM technology provider in Europe, has acquired Dutch firm Stb Automatisering & Advies, developer of the Stb CRM solution. By this acquisition the Eudonet group becomes market leader in the Association and Charity market in Europe, employing over 200 people.
Stb is the leader of CRM solutions with an important focus on Professional Associations, Charities and Training institutes in the Netherlands. Stb CRM is currently used by more than 150 organisations in these market segments making it the clear leader in the country.
Eudonet is a leading international CRM provider present in France, Switzerland, Belgium, Canada, and the UK. In order to expand its international presence, the acquisition of Stb was a logic next step. Stb will bring to the group its large experience of the association, training and charity markets with a highly qualified experienced staff.
Stb is renamed “Eudonet Stb” starting today. The Stb CRM product roadmap will remain the same with the major release of v8, coming early 2020. Eudonet Stb and Eudonet Group will share best practices and work together to share common solutions connected with their respective CRM solutions in areas like mobile apps, web sites and CMS (content management system), external modules, etc.
