Based on relationship management Stb Training is based on relationship management. You will therefore enjoy the full functionality of Stb CRM. In addition to that, Stb Training offers extra functionality developed specifically for course and training providers. The description below begins with this specific functionality and goes on to present some of the main general CRM features of the system, ending with expansion possibilities under the Options heading.
Course templates Within Stb Training, you can create course ID cards containing such variables as: price structure, minimum and maximum number of participants, timetable and the process activities (workflow), desired survey, and preferred teachers. This sample process will help you create and plan new courses faster and more easily. You can prevent duplicate transactions.
Process management Within the course ID card, you can define the group(s) of participants, the planning timetable with curriculum data such as date, time, subjects or modules, teachers, trainers or speakers, location, and necessary course aids.
Based on the planning timetable, you can process the enrollments and the cancellations. Then you can use the system to generate the related correspondence, such as confirmations and invoices. You can easily send these by email or post.
Booking accommodation and teachers, trainers, or speakers The group card lets you book and confirm accommodation and teachers, trainers, or speakers You can also establish purchasing agreements. Following receipt of the statements and purchase invoices, you can process these agreements and connect them to your financial administration.
Creating and printing your own components The group card lets you easily print timetables, curricula, participant lists, attendance lists, name cards, and certificates.
Processing enrollments The system lets you process enrollments using a minimal number of actions. Participants can be enrolled individually or in batches.
Standard connection with your accounting suite Stb Training offers a standard connection with all popular accounting suites such as Exact, Accountview, Afas, Unit4, King or Twinfield. This way, you can keep track of your purchase and sales invoices, as well as your paid and due items, both in Stb Training and in your accounting system.
General CRM features Importing address files and enhancing addresses The import module lets you smoothly import external address files, such as those from the Chamber of Commerce. The special address enhancement functionality makes sure that the data will automatically be added to, modified in, or deleted from your system.
Robust search feature You can search the active system and the document archive. A clear tree structure lets you see the components of a search job at once. Searches can also be saved. This way, complex search actions, such as selecting a specific target group for a monthly newsletter, become a matter of one click.
Reports Search results are easily converted to a report using the report feature included as standard. The Stb software works with view tables that provide a quick overview without overloading the database. You can save the reports for later use and you can easily create them using popular tools such as Microsoft Excel and Crystal Reports.
Data export You can export data from the Stb software to other applications in the standard CSV format. It is up to you which fields you want to export and in which order.
Options The Newsletter module The Stb Newsletter module makes it easy for you to create a newsletter in your own style, which you can then send to a selection of contacts from your database. This way, you can send information to specific people. Moreover, the newsletter module lets you record all sorts of interesting data, such as how many recipients have actually read the newsletter and what their clicking behaviour is. Based on this information, you can start highly targeted follow-up actions.
Offering services over the Internet You can offer additional services by integrating Stb Training with the Internet. This way, new students can sign up for courses quickly and easily, using your website. The payment procedure is simple with iDeal or by credit card. Every student gets a personal login account where they can create a profile, view their history, and sign up for new courses instantly.
Complete web portal If you want, you can expand the system into a complete web portal. An interactive platform that you can manage yourself using a Content Management System (CMS), offering your students all kinds of exciting services. Think, for instance, about a webshop, a forum for sharing knowledge, polls, surveys, evaluations, and news (via RSS feeds, for instance) – all of it tailored to your students' interests.
Proactive planning The organizer module helps you keep track of each teacher, trainer or speaker, with their booking locations and availability dates. You can first fill in a provisional planning and finalize it whenever you wish. This aggregated web organizer and planning tool lets you proactively plan the allocation of your employees and locations. Adding Stb Project If your organization also does counselling projects in addition to its course offering, it may make sense to expand your tools with Stb Project.
