Complete relationship overview
You have a complete overview of all relationships in your network at all times. Addresses, contact persons and their roles, possible connections with other relationships, correspondence, telephone calls, visits, mailings, and contact follow-ups.

Complete overview of outgoing communication
For each relationship, you get an overview of all emails, letters, and faxes sent, by contact person. Stb supports the international standard email protocols such as IMAP and POP. Therefore, the system works with all popular email clients, such as Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail, and Google's GMail.

Complete activity overview
For each contact person, you can make an activity list for storing and managing contact follow-ups.

Connections between relationships
You can easily define relevant connections between organizations and contact persons on several levels. For instance, using a tree structure, you can create a clear map of a holding company with its subsidiaries and members.

Several functions for each contact person
For each contact person, you can store several functions and/or roles, as well as their corresponding addresses, even when a contact person fulfils these roles in different organizations.

Robust search feature
You can search the active system and the document archive. A clear tree structure lets you see the components of a search job at once. Searches can also be saved. This way, complex search actions, such as selecting a specific target group for a monthly newsletter, become a matter of one click.

Storing the workflow
The workflow feature lets you organize procedures easily and quickly. You store a series of actions in the system and connect a specific time span to it. You can also connect a predefined set of features to an action. The workflow functions enables employees to provide fast, clear, and error-free response to relationship requests at all times.

Newsletter module
The Stb Newsletter module makes it easy for you to create a newsletter in your own style, which you can then send to a selection of contacts from your database. This way, you can send the relevant information to those contacts you want to keep informed. Moreover, the newsletter module lets you record all sorts of interesting data, such as how many recipients have actually read the newsletter and what their clicking behaviour is. Based on this information, you can start highly targeted follow-up actions.

Integration with Google Maps
All addresses in the system are linked to Google's geographical data. Thus, when you make an appointment, you can see the route and the travel time with a single click.

Multilingual approach
It is up to you which languages you want to include in your system. You can also configure a preferred language for each individual user separately.

Separate configuration for each company unit
For organizations with several companies, offices, or sections, it is possible to choose which data will or will not be available for each separate company unit. You can also do that for each employee.

Reports
Search results are easily converted to a report using the report feature included as standard. Stb CRM works with view tables that provide a quick overview without overloading the database. You can save the reports for later use and you can easily create them using popular tools such as Microsoft Excel and Crystal Reports. It is up to you which fields you want to export and in which order.

Import module
Using the import module, importing external address files – such as from the Chamber of Commerce, for instance – becomes an easy task. An additional advantage is that Stb CRM automatically checks the file for duplicates; these will be shown, but not imported.

Data export
You can export data from Stb CRM to other applications in the standard CSV format.

Connection with the web-based organizer
You can connect Stb CRM with Stb's web-based organizer, so that you can get an immediate insight regarding the planned appointments and activities for each contact person.
